The only FBO on the north side of KHIO, this award-winning, modern facility spans 51,000 sq ft and reflects the Pacific Northwest with Douglas Fir finishes, floor-to-ceiling windows, and sustainable features like solar panels, EV charging, and LED lighting.
The 32,000 SF hangar houses business jets with a 27′11.5″ door height and 120′ width. A relaxed lounge offers a fireplace, leather furniture, pilot sleeping quarters, an exercise room, showers, and a flight-planning room — a 'designed to be different' FBO.
