A 42,000 SF pre-engineered metal building with concrete tilt-wall shell. Centrex set an early guaranteed maximum price, compared hybrid tilt-up/PEMB vs. all-metal designs, and delivered full design, construction, and sublease support.
West and East elevations feature 28-ft sliding hangar doors—120 ft and 100 ft wide—to fit the largest corporate aircraft. The lounge and offices feature a dry-stack stone fireplace and rich wood finishes, evoking an upscale mountain lodge with a direct view into the hangar.
